I realised that there are quite a number of visitors here who spent some time reading my blog posts.
I track things like “what people key in in search engines” to get to my blog, how long they visit my blog, number of clicks from web partners linking to my blog and more.
Practically, I tracked everything.

fizah >>> Thanks fizah…
I will surely do comparisons of plans in the market to show you that, every single plan be it investment, savings or insurance, NTUC champions it all…
I will prove it beyond reasonable doubt.
Thanks again…Will email you the e-book + FREE, mystery gift

heyy! nice interactive blog u have there.
its really great of u to input ur daily personal experiences as it makes the reading much more interesting!
the financial links ur have there are really helpful! (:
In my opinion, u can try adding in some basic financial tips to attract those budding young entrepreneurs who have the passion but not the expertises to start their own business.
31. December 2007 at 4:01 pm
1) One thing that this blog can offer to make you, come back again and again and again…
Its always the same. Success story, NTUC income etc. It will not make it glued to your blog. Sorry Im harsh..
Posts like zenhabits.com, dumblittleman.com interests me.
So, it is up to individual.
2) How to encourage you to participate in this blog
No need to encourage. If contents are of quality and interesting stuff, people will come. dont worry about that
31. December 2007 at 4:39 pm
sarah >>> I believe your idea to include basic financial tips for young entrepreneurs is a great one.

personally, if the blog can be split in personal life event related blog & blog that provide professional info & knowledge, that would be better.
NTUC may be one of the best, but not all the product is the best in the market. any opinion given on the product must be fair & placed in the best interest from the customer’s view point.
if the blog contain many interesting info, visitor will visit again & again.
free gift would be nice to entice visitor, (which you have been doing).
keep it up:)

jason goh >>> Thanks a lot, Jason for your insightful comment.
I will be as transparent as possible when doing comparisons of financial products in the industry, and then I will leave my readers to decide.
It is my belief, that NTUC Income as a co-operative provides the best valued financial instruments in the market.
I will lay down all the informations, should I dwell on comparisons.
Thanks again, Jason.

Maybe you can target students. Educate em to start saving from young. Teach em some entrepeneurship skills so that they will be successful one day

Hi Helmy
This is interesting and very smart of you to increase traffic and blog rankings by having interaction with your clients and friends. Keep it up =)
You mention to me previously that you learn some financial stuff and real estate matters, maybe can place that in too so it will be something different other than insurance matters (since that is also your interest),so people might get to know you better too =)
Great Job

Alwardi >>> Thats interesting.
Everyday, when I educate my prospect on savings, I will always tell them to start early.
Ok…I will emphasize on that in this blog.

Alvin Soong >>> Yo bro… How are you?

Hi Helmi, Thanks for informing me bout this site. What I can say is that the interactivity lacks by a few things:
1) Great design (yours is a little plain)
2) Other forms of interaction .etc (forum, livechat) , would be much better.
Hope you consider my suggestions…
Good luck to your site..
2. January 2008 at 4:37 am
Bro, Thanks for the recommendation. There are many good ones around too.
Financial Jargons may be a good idea..can put in layman terms so its useful and easy for them to understand too.
4. January 2008 at 3:48 pm
Hi Helmi,
This is a very nicely done blog. Its cool to have the blog by your name.
You shared quite a bit of things about yourself but I feel that you may add more Financial Stuff into it so that your clients can learn something new every few days.
Keep it up. I’d just added you into my favourite list.

Thank you, so much to all of you who have contributed ideas on how I can improve this blog.
I will evaluate and implement it 1 by 1.
For those out there, still reading this very blog, and thinking whether to post a suggestion or not, you will have till this sunday, 6 January 2008 to decide.
I will email the e-book next Monday, personally to those who have contributed.
Thanks again

1) i think one thing to make people revisit your blog will be the quality and how interesting the blog is, including images and website layout. of cos, regular updates that are easy to digest is important. i think the one advantage blogs have is the personal touch, so that is impt
2) i think a forum-like interface would be useful where pple can post questions and interact, i find that the most helpful for pple who have doubts and need advice
